PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Terms

To ensure a seamless and exclusive experience, we require the following payment schedule:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 50% balance must be settled no later than 60 days prior to the safari start date.
• For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Given the exclusive nature of our safaris, our cancellation policy reflects the commitments made to our luxury accommodations, expert guides and detailed logistical planning.

• 50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable once the payment is made.
• The remaining 50% is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 90 days before the safari start date.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the safari start date are non-refundable.
• In the event of a no-show, the full amount is non-refundable.

Important Notes

• Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
• Modification Requests: Changes to your booking may be accommodated, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unexpected events such as natural disasters, government restrictions or national park closures, Mithun on Safari reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements or reschedule the safari.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies or trip interruptions.
